John is also the gospel of believing. This book reveals that Jesus Christ is the Light of the World, the Saviour, the King, the true Anointed One, the Living Bread, and the Loving Shepherd. While Matthew, Mark and Luke give us the history of Christ, John unveils the mystery of Christ. Through his Gospel we experience Jesus as the Lamb of God, the Good Shepherd, the Kind Forgiver, the Tender Healer, the Compassionate Intercessor, and the Great I Am.
